Centrifuge Bitumen Extractor. Conforming to specifications ASTM D 2172. For determination of bitumen percentage in bituminous mixtures, it has a removable precision machined aluminum rotor bowl mounted on a vertical shaft. A filter paper disc is pressed between the rotor bowl and cover plate by tightening a knurled nut. The bowl assembly is enclosed in a housing mounted on a cast body supplied complete with 25 Nos. filter paper discs manually operated unit.

1. For pavement

Compact and Mobile machine to drill cores from pavement. The whole assembly of the machine moves on two pillars with the help of a lead screw and suitable gears for smooth movement . While cutting and again lifting up the machine. Water swivel and water tank is provided to give proper cooling to the drilling bit.

2. Deluxe model for 360(cutting).

The whole assembly of the two speed machine moves on two pillars with the help of a lead screw for the initial adjustment . Core of 300 mm length can be cut easily as the feed for cutting is given by other 2 lead screws for easy cutting without moving the whole assembly up and down. The angle of cutting can be adjusted from 0( to 360( to cut cores from walls, roof, etc
