Rotating disc which takes different sizes of grips and vertical guides adjustable to cut specimen of 38,50,75& 100mm size. A hardened steel trimming knife fitted on a slide adjustable both vertically and horizontally trims the sample to the exact size of the gripper plate.
	2. Electrically operated same as above but trimming knife moves with the help of Gearbox coupled with the lead screw to give a feed of 0.8 mm/min and 1.6 mm/min
